Back Squat x 4-5 reps @ 30X1  135, 185, 205, 205, 205
(as heavy as possible)
Rest 20 seconds
Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 10-15 reps or  Mix of HSPU's and wall climbs
Wall Climbs x 4-6 reps
Rest 3 Minutes
B.
For time:  3:28 (2 seconds off PR)
Row 1000 Meters
