Clean & Jerk
Sets 1, 4 and 7 – x 3 reps  60, 70, 80
Sets 2, 5 and 8 – x 2 reps  70, 80, 90
Sets 3, 6 and 9 – x 1 rep  80, 90, didn't have time to do 9
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:  1+23
Burpees x 10 reps
115/75 lb Shoulder to Overhead x 15 reps
Pull-Ups x 20 reps
