A.
Five sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
185, 205, 225, 245, 265 Felt good. Could have probably gone 10lbs more.
B.
Three rounds for time of:  15:33
30 Walking Lunges
30 Anchored Sit-Ups
400 Meter Run
