Four sets for times of:
Row 500 Meters
15 Burpees
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs.)
Rest 5 minutes
3:40, 4:12, 4:46, 5:12 Ran out of gas pretty fast. Back also hurt after rowing warm-up.
