Performance


A.
Take 15 minutes and build to today’s 1RM Clean
No PR. Got 100 kg up and under, but couldn't get out of the front squat.
B.
Three sets for max reps:  24 - 9,8,7
135/95 lbs Ground to Overhead x 60 seconds
Rest 2 minutes
I suck at cycling through. Hammies still sore from yesterday.
