Back Squat
Set 1 – x 3 reps  255
Set 2 – x 2 reps  275
Set 3 – x 1 rep  295
Set 4 – x 3 reps  265
Set 5 – x 2 reps  285
Set 6 – x 1 rep  305 (PR)!
Rest 3-4 minutes between sets
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:  4+15
5 Burpee Pull-Ups
10 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
20 Wall Ball Shots
