Back Squat x 6-8 reps @ 30X1  135, 185, 225, 225(6)
Rest 2 minutes
Weighted Pronated-Grip Pull-Ups x 5-7 reps  5, 4, 3, 3 w/ 12kg
Rest 2 minutes
B.
“Little Bear”
Three sets of:
Barbell Complex x 5 reps
Rest 2 minutes between sets

Power Clean
Front Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
Back Squat
Shoulder to Overhead
115, 135, 135 Dropped it after 4 reps on last round. it was HOT today!!
