Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 3011  185, 205, 225, 225 all x 8
Rest 45 seconds
Dumbbell Bench Press x 8-10 reps  65, 75, 75 all x 10 (ran out of time for fourth round)
Rest 45 seconds
Side Planks x 30-45 seconds each side
Rest 45 seconds
B.
Four rounds for time of:  9:35
10 Hand-Release Push-Ups
20 Kettlebell Swings
100 Meter Run
