A.
Take 15-20 minutes to find today’s 1-RM Clean & Jerk

220lbs! Finally hit 100k! (PR) And I power cleaned it!

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:  4+8
Burpees x 10 reps
Row 250 Meters

Part A performance, part B fitness. just wanted to get more work in and performance looked heavy and tough!
