*Set 1 – x 3 reps  185
*Set 2 – x 2 reps  205
*Set 3 – x 1 rep  215
*Set 4 – x 3 reps  195
*Set 5 – x 2 reps  215
*Set 6 – x 1 rep  225
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Plus one extra rep at 235! New PR!
B.
Complete as many Burpees as possible in 3 minutes
