Performance
Five rounds for time of:
225/155 lb. Deadlift x 10 reps
185# All unbroken.
Push-Ups x 15 reps
Run 400 Meters
Could have definitely gone 205, maybe 225 on a good day. Push-ups were slow. Tired chest and triceps from Wednesday. Runs were slow.
