Dumbbell or Barbell Push Press x 6-8 reps  
Dumbbells 8x45, 8x45, 8x45
Rest 45 seconds
Goblet Squat x 8-10 reps @ 3010  8x45, 8x45, 8x45
Rest 45 seconds
Ring Rows x 8-10 reps @ 2111  10, 10, 10
Rest 45 seconds
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:  3+25 cals
Row 300 Meters  subbed 25 cal Airdyne bike
5 Man-Makers  subbed 5 push-ups, 5 thrusters with 25# dumbbells
Man-Maker = DBs to the ground, kick feet back, push-up, row left, row right, jump feet in, power clean, push press
