Pull-Ups  green band
Rest exactly 2 minutes, and then . . .  10:12
Complete rounds of 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps for time of:
Thruster (95/65 lbs.)  95#, 65#...
Box Jumps (24″/20″)  20" box step-ups
