Deadlift x 3-5 reps  5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 5x225, 5x245 still keeping it lighter with the knee
Rest 20 seconds
Push-Ups x 15-20 @ 10X0  20, 20+10#, 20+25#, 15+25#, 8+25# and 1 then fail
Rest 2-3 minutes
B.
