A.
Five sets of:
Snatch x 1.1.1
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets  95, 115, 115, 115, 115 Gotta work on that form
B.
In teams of two, partners alternate to complete 5 rounds each of:  13:59 with Rory
135/95 lbs Power Cleans x 10 reps  115 Rx would have been slower, but doable
Ring Dips x 10 reps  Lots of foot-to-the-ground help
