05.02.2012 Fitness


A.
Three sets of:
Front Squat x 8-10 reps @ 3011  Goblet with kettle bell  8x26, 8x35, 8x35
Rest 45 seconds
Pull-Ups x 5-7 reps @ 2111  Negatives 7, 7, 7 @5111
Rest 45 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 15-20 reps  12x26, 12x35, 12x53
Rest 45 seconds
Half Turkish Get-Ups x 5 reps each side  35, 53, 35
Rest 45 seconds
B.
Five rounds for time of:  
5:55
10 Squats
10 Sit-Ups
10 Push Press  25# dumbbells. Light, but didn't want to push it. 
1st day back since 4/20 knee injury. Felt pretty good. Took it fairly easy for the most part. Went slower on a lot of stuff, especially squats.
