Turkish Get-Ups x 2 reps each arm  24kg Try 32kg next time
Rest 60 seconds
B.
Four sets of:  
2:51, 2:45, 3:01, 2:58
20 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
20 Wall Ball Shots (20/12 lbs)
300 Meter Run  subbed 300m row
Rest 4 minutes
Knee felt okay. Was worried about wall balls, but they were fine.
