8:00AM 3 pieces of bacon

1:00PM. Was a whole sammie. Turkey, mayo, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato on pumpernickel.

Milk chocolate at bout 3:00PM?
6:30PM. Squash "spaghetti"
With a glass.

After dinner dessert. 


10:00PM snack.
